IQ Annual Golf Day - 30th May 2013

The IQ Annual Golf Day this year will be held on Thursday 30th May at Park Hill Golf Club, Seagrave, Leicestershire, LE12 7NG (www.parkhillgolf.co.uk), which is a championship length, 18 hole, par 73, course set in 180 acres of tranquil Leicestershire countryside.

Due to the generosity of the new owner discounting the course fees we have once again been able to substantially reduce the cost of the event. This means the total cost, including the three-course dinner, will be just £40 per player.

The format for the day will be a bacon roll with tea or coffee offered upon arrival while registering, with play commencing at 11.00am for groups/teams of four players. Individual players and pairs will be grouped by the organiser. There will be individual and team Stableford competitions as well as ‘longest drive’ and ‘nearest the pin’. Please note: the usual club rules apply, details of which may be found on the club’s website.

An evening dinner has been arranged for 6.15pm during which the IQ Golf Society trophies and prizes will be presented by the President of the Institute, Colin Jenkins.
