Managing and measuring the value of team performance
Dave Lees of Enscite at the University of Derby
A webinar designed to stimulate actions on improving the performance of teams in the modern work environment where change is the norm. Even with ever-increasing technology in the workplace, the importance and value of people for organisations is just as vital now as they ever have been.
Discussion and practical suggestions will be considered about how the power of teams can be engaged through mutual trust and engagement. Engagement and encouragement goes a long way towards supporting self-motivation and ownership in all parts of a business and can do much to reduce the incidence of negative behaviour.
