Branch Public Liability Insurance

Introduction

Branches organise a range of activities, both social as well as business, at which members of the branch committee, members of the branch, and also the general public in the form of visitors or guests, are involved or attend.

In the event that accidents do occur, Public Liability Insurance has been taken out with the Norwich Union Assurance Society to provide cover in the event of action being taken against branch officers as a result of injury or damage. This insurance cover is limited to the sum of £2,000,000.
