Overseas National Branches (Hong Kong and Malaysia)
Since 1987 the agreed basis for the charge per member for Overseas Dues has been an amount equal to one quarter of the UK Fellows' subscription. A list of members registered at 31 December, the mid-point of the Institute's year, is sent to overseas Branch Secretaries in January each year. When the membership list has been agreed, an invoice is generated at Nottingham and sent to the Secretary for settlement before 30 June of that year.
Affiliated National Institutes
In the case of Affiliated National Institutes, the agreed charge for processing applications is £14.42 per application/transfer to be increased annually by the UK inflation rate. The charge for maintenance of membership records and other general support is £3.17 per member for the year 2001, and thereafter by UK inflation rate.
