The degree that prepares you for senior management roles in the quarrying industry

Follows directly on from the foundation degree and results in a BSc Honours in Minerals Management

The Honours Degree is a two year part-time course that uses a combination of learning methods including online study materials and face-to-face tutorials.  The course culminates in the completion of a work based project so you can apply your learning and make a positive impact to your own workplace.

The course equates to 120 credits at Level 6 and covers the following modules:

  • Advanced Extractives Technology (20 credits)
  • Commercial & Financial Management (20 credits)
  • Operational Management (20 credits)
  • Resource Management (20 credits)
  • Work Based Project Mineral Ext Tech (40 credits)
