Description

The first event of 2026 for the IQ Scottish Branch will be a joint IQ and IAT technical presentation. The paper will be given as an introduction to the New Specification for Highway Works presented by David Markham, Tarmac National Technical Manager for Aggregates and Asphalt. There will be a meal commencing at 17.45hrs and the presentation at 18.45hrs.
