We are delighted to announce that the 3rd South West Regional Dinner Dance, encompassing the West of England and Devon & Cornwall Branch of the Institute of Quarrying, will be held at Doubletree Bath by Hilton on Saturday, 10th October 2026, and extend to you an invitation to join us on what promises to be a hugely enjoyable evening.
The event for members across the South West of England, will celebrate a great partnership between the Branches and is planned with exciting entertainment, music and a photographer to capture the amazing evening. The ticket price to include food and entertainment is £90.00 per person. Each table seats 12 or 10 guests, but we will always accommodate smaller numbers, as we would hate for you to miss out on this great evening.
There are 3 options for the evening:
Sponsors may support the Southwest Regional Dinner Dance through three participation options.
Tier 1 - offers the highest profile, combining a reserved table with Donation of a headline prize leading to programme recognition, and advance exposure through Branch communications, while directly supporting both the West of England and Devon & Cornwall Branches.
Tier 2 - provides a reserved table alongside the donation of a tombola or raffle prize, offering meaningful fundraising support and visible engagement with the Institute of Quarrying. (examples - Bottle of Champagne, wine, hampers)
Tier 3 - is a table-only option, ideal for organisations wishing to attend, network, and host guests at this flagship regional event. Ideal for accommodating smaller numbers of people.
Tiers 1 and 2 are particularly valuable in helping both Branches fund member activities and professional development throughout the year. In order to secure your table, please complete the attached booking form and advise which Tier you’d like to be involved at.
