I do not believe we can ever talk too much about health and safety. Achieving best practice is something that the Institute works tirelessly towards, along with our partners across the industry. Only this month our team has been talking to representatives from the Health & Safety Executive and the legal profession, as well as hands-on quarry operators, for the first in a series of IQON quarterly member films. The start of a new year is traditionally a time for looking forward. A time filled with hope, excitement and positivity. A time when we look for  new possibilities and fresh opportunities. This year, as we look forward at what these might mean for our industry, I would like us to reaffirm our primary desire that we as individuals and all of our colleagues are able to arrive home at the end of every shift safely.
