The event will be hosted on Friday the 7th of November 2025, in the Jane How and Justham Family Rooms at the Symphony Hall in Birmingham.
Held in partnership with the Institute of Asphalt Technology (IAT), The Fellows Lunch and Student Awards returns to Symphony Hall, Birmingham.
Situated in Centenary Square, Symphony Hall is considered one of the world's finest concert halls. The iconic venue is home to the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and was originally opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1991.
Celebrating the latest achievements within the industry, the event includes an awards ceremony from the IQ, IAT and Minerals Matter, whilst honouring the legacy of those that paved the way.
Additionally, the occasion will mark the 100th anniversary of the Institute of Quarrying Benevolent Fund (IQBF).
The event begins at 12 pm and will come to a close at approximately 5 pm.
As well as an awards ceremony, attendees will experience a prestigious event that features networking opportunities with key individuals and members of the industry and a luxury three-course dinner.
The dress code for the event is business attire.
Live music from the Lydian Collective
Following the event, a free Jazz Performance by the Lydian Collective will commence at 5pm in the Jennifer Blackwell Performance Space of Symphony Hall, open to all.
