We are very happy to announce that we will be holding the annual Institute of Quarrying, Derbyshire branch Dinner Dance again this year on Friday, 28th November 2025 at The Palace Hotel, Buxton at 6.30pm for 7pm.
The event will be black tie / evening dress and the entertainment will be a live band, Purple Cloud of Funk, as well as our usual Disco DJ. The event is open to members and non-members and is always a great night – let’s make it one to remember!
Tickets are priced at £100 per person. Please complete the reply slip and email it to sarah-jane.owen@tarmac.com to secure your place. (Places are limited so please respond no later than 10th October 2025).
We will again be supporting our nominated charities; Mind Derbyshire and the Air Ambulance, to whom we donated a total of £2000 in 2025.
In lieu of a fund-raising tombola £5 of the ticket price will be included in the donation to the charities mentioned.
A raffle will be drawn on the night. Any prizes donated for the raffle would be greatly appreciated. We may even manage an impromptu auction as we did last year!!
