Description

Redcar Bulk Terminal is a deep-water marine terminal situated on the South Bank of the River Tees on the North-East coast of the UK. The Terminal operates a 320 metre long quay equipped with 1 rail mounted gantry crane with both grab and hook capability. The extensive Terminal storage area lying immediately adjacent to the quay extends over an area of 130 hectares to provide short / long-term storage for a variety of bulk cargoes as well as assembly / disassembly of large conventional / offshore wind projects. The site will include a brief induction, a tour of the facilities including the site of the SSI blast furnace. A buffet Lunch will be provided
