The Derbyshire branch are delighted to bring you this technical presentation by James Howe, Factory Manager - Croft, Aggregate Industries. James was a team leader running a small production team making concrete slabs and kerbs, who graduated from the University of Derby in July 2023 with a First-class honours degree in Minerals Management. The technical evening will be structured around his dissertation titled ‘A study into how continuous improvement techniques can be applied to a concrete products manufacturing process, to reduce downtime and improve productivity.’ Please register your attendance by Monday 28th October 2024 Please note: a light meal and refreshments will be available on the night which are kindly sponsored by Longcliffe Quarries Ltd.
